Breed Clubs
At this time there are two recognized breed clubs recognized by
UKC for the Alaskan Klee Kai. They are:
- The United Alaskan Klee Kai Association, Inc. UAKKA
- The Alaskan Klee Kai Association of America, Inc. AKKAOA
UAKKA is the first recognized Breed Club thru U.K.C.
AKKAOA was the breed registry that was started by the founders of our breed.
AKKAOA maintained the original registry until after we were accepted as a breed
by U.K.C.
Remember that clubs and organizations are only as good as the officers and
volunteers that support them. If you wish to make changes, it is easier to do
so from within.
